Bob Howey
Founder/Chief Executive Officer, Centennial, CO
Prior to founding SFA, Bob served as the President/Founder of InsGroup -- an association of independent property and casualty insurance agencies. His faith and concern for those in need benefited from his network building experience. He is a strategic thinker and connector, currently serving on the boards of Renovaré and Downing Street Foundation.
Bob received his B.S. in Business Administration from University of Nebraska. He and his wife, Mary, are the parents of three adult children and the grandparents of six children. They live in Centennial, Colorado.
Don Grueser
President, Chairman of the SFA Board, San Diego, CA & Steamboat Springs, CO
Don has been working with SFA since 2009. In addition to his strategic responsibilities with our organization, he is the CEO of Fuzziwigs Candy Factory, a chain of candy specialty stores in malls and resort areas. He operates 10 company stores and is the franchisor for 65 franchisees. Prior to Fuzziwigs, Don served as Senior Vice-President of Thom McAn and Vice-President of Montgomery Wards. He serves on the boards of Fuzziwigs Candy Factory, Inc., Grueser Enterprises, Inc., and Resort Confections.
Don received his B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife, Trish, have three children.
Amy Pierson
Director, Centennial, CO
Amy spent many years in advertising, event planning and sponsorship before joining SFA in 2005. A writer, event planner and speaker, she has been active in women's ministry for over 20 years. A special fire burns for her around the message of awakening to God's creative and engaging voice in our lives.
Amy earned her B.S. in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She and her husband, Bill, live in Centennial, CO and are the parents of two beautiful daughters and a devoted labrador retriever.
Dave Meserve
Community Coordinator, Littleton, CO
Dave joined SFA early 2012 as the Community Coordinator for Denver and Colorado's Front Range. He is also the founder and part-time director of Urban Skye, a Denver based non-profit that creatively engages the urban culture to restore people to the journey of faith. Ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, he was on the pastoral staff for15 years at Cherry Hills Community Church and spent eight years on the national speaker team for FamilyLife Ministries. Dave’s vocation revolves around a calling to be a creative guide for the spiritual life fitting well with the distinctives of the SFA.
Dave has earned a BA in Communications from Kansas University, a MA in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary. He and Shari live in Littleton, CO and have a daughter at Hope College, a daughter on the way to college and a son in middle school who cares for their valiant schnoodle, Digby.
Krista Evans
Website Manager, Littleton, CO
Since 2011, Krista has worked to keep SFA's website up-to-date and ever-improving. She lends more than ten years of previous experience in training, organizational development and website management to our technical endeavors. Krista also worked as a children's pastor for five years. She continues to be active in children's ministry and is passionate about helping children discover their identity in Christ.
Krista earned her B.A. in Mathematics and a Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She and her husband, Tony, live in Littleton, CO with their two children.

Alan Fadling
Board Member, Southern California Representative, Mission Viejo, CA
Alan serves as Associate Director of The Leadership Institute, a ministry that mentors Christian leaders to embody God's character and extend His kingdom. He regularly finds himself ministering through retreat leading, spiritual direction, leadership training and speaking.
Alan attended Simpson University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies. He went on to complete his Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary, and concurrently completed a Certificate in Spiritual Formation and Leadership Development with The Leadership Institute. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Fuller Theological Seminary, Talbot School of Theology, and Hope University. Alan is a certified spiritual director. Alan and his wife, Gem, have three sons.
Bill Hull
Long Beach, CA
Bill Hull is the Founding Director and President of Choose the Life Ministries. His ongoing passion has been to help the church return to its disciple making roots and he considers himself a discipleship evangelist. He currently writes, teaches, and serves as adjunct professor at several seminaries.
Bill graduated from Oral Roberts University and, after a fruitful ministry with Athletes in Action and receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot School of Theology , pastored in the Evangelical Free Church for 20 years. Eight of those years, Bill served as the U.S. Director for the Evangelical Free Church of America and created T-NET International, a training network dedicated to local church transformation. Bill and his wife, Jane have two grown sons and enjoy being grandparents.
Gary Moon
Santa Barbara, CA
Gary W. Moon, M.Div., Ph.D. is the Executive Director of the Martin Institute for Christianity and Culture and the Dallas Willard Center for Christian Spiritual Formation at Westmont College. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Renovaré International Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation and as Editor-in-Chief of the Conversations Journal. He is on the faculty at Richmont Graduate University, Westmont College and Azusa Pacific University. In addition, he conducts research concerning the theoretical and practical integration of psychology and theology and has published and presented over 300 professional and popular papers and authored several books.
Gary received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Georgia and a M.Div. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is a licensed psychologist in Georgia and Virginia. Gary and his wife, Regina, have two daughters.
